GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Villas Holly is dedicated to the exploitation of properties under Local and Tourist Accommodation. All our properties are duly licensed under the Local Accommodation or Tourist Enterprise regime.
All questions that may arise from these terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law.
Requests for Information: Any and all requests for information made through the Villas Holly website will only be considered as a request and not as an effective reservation. To book, you must access the field called “Reservations”.
Reservations:
Reservations will preferably be made via the website. However, they can also be made through our telephone contact or email.
At the time of booking, guests must be aware of the general conditions and rules regarding the stay, in particular, regarding the functioning, hours, and services provided, as well as other requested information.
Prices to be applied: The prices mentioned on the page of each property refer to the final price for the client and vary depending on the number of people, number of nights, and time of year.
The prices shown include the following services: – Sheets and towels for the number of guests; – Weekly cleaning service with change of sheets and towels; – Water, electricity, gas, TV, and internet expenses; – VAT at the legal rate in force.
The stay of children up to six years of age are not charged as long as they are in the same accommodation unit as the adults responsible for them.
The customer must inform the inclusion of child(ren) in their reservation so that a crib can be placed, if necessary.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform the number of people (adults and children) who will occupy the accommodation unit.
If more people than those stipulated in the reservation are present, their entry will be refused without reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy:
Refund of the total amount of the reservation, if it takes place more than 60 days before the check-in date.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged if cancellation is made 60 days before arrival.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in: 16:00h
Check-out: 11:00h
Changes to the previously listed schedules may be allowed, at guests’ request, as long as these changes have no effect on other reservations and/or on the cleaning work in the accommodation unit.
On the date of departure, the Client will have to leave the room unoccupied with people and goods and without any damage until 10 am.
Changes to the initial booking:
If you wish to make changes to the initial reservation, such as changing the desired accommodation, check-in, or check-out date, the guest must notify us of their intention by email. If possible, Villas Holly will make the requested changes.
Additional Services:
We have additional services. For this purpose, an extra cost may be charged. If you want information and/or book one of our extra services, please send us your request in advance so that we can arrange it. After information and acceptance of the respective cost, if applicable, payment must be made immediately.
Deposit: In all our properties, you may be asked to pay a deposit, the value of which can vary between €300 and €1000, depending on the type of property booked. to the amount withheld, they will be registered and once their cost has been determined, the customer will be charged the additional amount to cover said damages. After check-out, the property will be inspected and if there is no need for repairs or replacements, the security deposit will be refunded in full within one week after check-out by bank transfer.
CCTV Video Surveillance System: For the security of our customers and our properties we have an outdoor CCTV video surveillance system.
general prohibitions
Group parties are not allowed in our properties. It is expressly forbidden to produce noise between 10 pm and 8 am.
Permission for pets is subject to prior request, which may be refused by Villas Holly.
In the event of any improper behavior on the part of the customer or any member of their group, which endangers the physical and/or moral integrity of third parties, causes damage to property, or does not respect the local rules of conduct, we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately.
In this case, the company will be exempt from any responsibility, which is assumed exclusively by the client and other guests.
Property damage and loss
The customer is obligated to indemnify Villas Holly for any damages caused to the accommodation unit and/or its support facilities, as well as for damages arising from the breach of duty provided for in these conditions.
